We are excited to offer long term motel, A-Frame and Cabin lodging options for those looking to stay in Meeker for an extended period of time.

Monthly Motel Room Stays
October 1st - June 15th
Pricing:
Queen Kitchenette: $1,000, sleeps 2
King Suite: $1,100, sleeps 4

Guests will have a parking spot, free Wi-Fi, and access to paid laundry onsite.
Monthly A-Frame Stays
October 1st - June 15th
Pricing: $1,200/month, sleeps 3
Details: Each of our A-Frames consists of a queen bed, XL twin, and 2 twin beds in the loft. Complete with a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, pot & pans full bathroom. Smart TV located in A-Frame and free Wi-Fi access.
Guests will have a parking spot, free Wi-Fi, and access to paid laundry onsite.
Monthly Cabin Stays
October 1st - June 15th
Pricing:
Cabin 19: $1,150/month, sleeps 3
Cabin 20: $1,150/month, sleeps 3
Cabin 21: $1,150/month, sleeps 4
Three-Bedroom Cabin: $1,600/month, sleeps 6
Details: Each of our Cabins has a unique layout, and we recommend looking at our booking engine for details. Each Cabin has a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave, burner, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, pot & pans full bathroom. Smart TV located in Cabin and free Wi-Fi access.
Guests will have a parking spot, free Wi-Fi, and access to paid laundry onsite.
Details:

Guests must sign a monthly agreement.
No monthly rates are offered in the summer, although guests can book at the weekly rate of 10% off 7 nights or more.
Monthly price includes utilities.
$500 refundable deposit is required for accommodation/room stays.
Pets: Dogs are allowed with a monthly agreement, and $50 non-refundable fee, 1 dog maximum. No other pets are allowed in rented accommodations.
Tax exempt for stays of 30 days.
Guests will not receive any motel/cabin housekeeping services. (Housekeeping can be offered for an additional fee).
We cannot accommodate more than the max occupancy that is listed for each unit.
Guests must supply their own linens and towels. Rugs and artwork is not included in the accommodations.
Flatware, dishes and cooking utensils are included in the rentals under the agreement terms
